Green Acres Storage is located at 11556 Old U.S. 113 in Showell, Maryland, serving customers throughout Worcester County and the Lower Eastern Shore. Our facility is just five minutes north of Ocean Pines, ten minutes from Berlin, and less than twenty minutes from Ocean City.

We’re positioned right off Route 113, near the Showell Post Office, making it quick and easy to reach your storage unit from Route 589 or Route 90. Whether you’re driving a work trailer, hauling a boat, or storing business equipment, our wide driveways and tall overhead doors allow easy access for large vehicles.

Many of our tenants come from Bishopville, Selbyville (DE), and surrounding coastal communities who want a clean, secure, and convenient storage option close to home.

Directions from the North (e.g., Selbyville, DE)

  • Head South on US-113 S (Worcester Highway) entering Maryland. 
  • Continue past the intersection for MD-610 (Whaleyville Rd). 
  •  As you approach Showell, look for Pitts Road. 
  •  Turn Right onto Pitts Road, then immediately Left onto Old U.S. 113. Follow Old U.S. 113 south for approximately 0.3 miles; Green Acres Storage will be on your right.

Directions from the South (e.g., Berlin, Snow Hill)

  • Head North on US-113 N toward Showell. 
  • Pass the exits for MD-589 (Ocean Pines). 
  • Turn Left onto Pitts Road (you will cross the southbound lanes of US-113). 
  • Make an immediate Left onto Old U.S. 11. Green Acres Storage will be on your right in about 0.3 miles.

Directions from the East (e.g., Ocean City, Ocean Pines)

  • Take MD-90 W (Ocean City Expy) heading inland. 
  • Take the exit for US-113 N toward Selbyville/Dover. 
  • Drive north for about 2 miles. 
  • Turn Left onto Pitts Road, then take an immediate Left onto Old U.S. 113. 
  • Follow the service road south; the destination is on the right.

Directions from the West (e.g., Salisbury, Whaleyville)

  • Take US-50 E (Ocean Gateway) toward the beaches. 
  • Take the exit for MD-610 E (Whaleyville Road) heading toward Bishopville/Showell. 
  • Follow MD-610 for about 6 miles until it ends at US-113. 
  • Turn Right (South) onto US-113 S. 
  • Turn Right onto Pitts Road, then immediately Left onto Old U.S. 113. Green Acres Storage will be on your right.
